In contrast, the rear glass, made of Victus 2, offers slightly better resilience but still shows signs of damage after a few drops. Smartphones often embody a series of compromises, balancing features like screen size and battery life against portability and durability.
Larger screens enhance visibility but can be cumbersome to carry, while bigger batteries provide longevity but add weight. The Galaxy S25 Edge exemplifies this trade-off, boasting a slim profile at the expense of its battery capacity and overall toughness.

In a video from PBKreviews, the S25 Edge was dropped from the height of a typical phone call.
The result was a cracked screen, casting doubt on its protective qualities. Additional drops on its back further compromised the Victus 2 glass, although the screen remained operational.
