Eligible customers are expected to have received a text notification about this offer; however, those who haven’t can reach out to customer support to verify their status. This promotion is not limited to regular consumer accounts; business and employee accounts can also partake in the offer. The promotion officially commenced on May 8, but details regarding the length of availability have yet to be confirmed.
If you qualify, it’s advisable to check for the offer in the T Life app, by navigating to the “Loyalty BYOD May 2025” section. To be eligible for the free line, customers must adhere to several requirements. These include having an account that’s at least five years old, not having more than one free line currently, and not utilizing any Insider Discount, Works Perk, or Hometown Discount.
