Recent leaks have provided an exciting glimpse into the upcoming Sony Xperia 1 VII ahead of its official launch event set for May 13. While Sony initially shared only a few details regarding this smartphone, a new leak has surfaced, revealing images and marketing materials that shed light on what to expect. The leaked information suggests that the Xperia 1 VII will come in three colorways: purple, green, and black. Images acquired by Android Headlines showcase the device in various angles, highlighting Sony’s signature boxy design.
The smartphone features a familiar rear triple-camera setup, a selfie camera, and notable thick bezels at the top and bottom. All physical buttons, including the power/lock key with an integrated fingerprint sensor, volume controls, and a camera shutter, are located on the right side of the device. In addition to cosmetic details, the Xperia 1 VII is expected to boast a display utilizing Sony’s BRAVIA technology. Users can expect high-quality audio experiences with full-stage stereo speakers and Hi-Res Audio support. As the launch date approaches, there are still unanswered questions, including the device’s availability in the US.
