Instead of finding their own children’s information, some parents encountered profiles of unfamiliar kids from across the country. One frustrated parent reported to a media outlet that, upon logging in, she could not access her children’s details but instead was presented with data of children living far away, accompanied by their school locations and identifiable photographs.
